For job seekers

Yes. The app is free for job seekers. There is no premium tier for candidates.
Do I need to upload a CV?
No. You can start swiping and get a match score with just your profile and assessment. Attaching a CV is optional and only shared with companies you explicitly match with.
Can I use JobMatch if I’m not actively looking?
Yes. Set your visibility to “Passive” in Settings. You’ll still be discoverable and can receive match notifications, but you won’t appear in active candidate lists.
How is this different from LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is a professional network with a job board attached. JobMatch is a matching engine — you don’t browse listings, you get a curated feed ranked by fit. There’s no public profile, no connection graph, and no outbound applications. Companies come to you when the fit is right.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. We do not retain anonymized copies.

How long until we see candidates?
Candidates appear in your ranked list as soon as they swipe right on your job. Most jobs start seeing their first candidates within 24–48 hours of going live, depending on how well the job config matches the active candidate pool.
Can we post multiple jobs?
Yes. Each job has its own match configuration, ranked list, and interview pipeline. There’s no limit on active jobs.
Are match scores audited for bias?
Yes. We run an automated fairness audit monthly using the 4/5 disparate impact rule across demographic groups (where candidates have consented to share demographic data). The results are available to company admins at Settings → Compliance. If an audit gap exists (insufficient consent data for a group), it is flagged rather than reported as green.
Can we export candidate data?
You can export your ranked list and decision history as CSV from the portal. Raw candidate assessment data cannot be exported — it belongs to the candidate.
