Swiping & Matching
The discover feed
Section titled “The discover feed”Jobs in your feed are sorted by match score — highest compatibility first. The score blends hard criteria (location, contract, experience) with personality fit from your MALA profile.
As your profile becomes more complete, scores become more accurate. Jobs you were a poor fit for may move down; better-fitting roles surface higher.
Swipe mechanics
Section titled “Swipe mechanics”| Action | Result |
|---|---|
| Swipe right / tap ✓ | Expresses interest — you appear in the company’s ranked list |
| Swipe left / tap ✗ | Hides this job from your feed |
| Shake or tap rewind | Undoes the last swipe (once per session) |
| Long-press | See the match score breakdown before deciding |
