Getting Started — Companies
JobMatch gives hiring teams a ranked list of candidates with explainable match scores — no resume pile, no inbox flood.
1. Create a company account
Section titled “1. Create a company account”Contact us at contact@job-match.cl to set up your company account. We’ll provision your portal and invite your hiring team.
2. Build your org profile
Section titled “2. Build your org profile”The Org Profile captures your company’s culture, values, and working style through four open-ended sections (E1–E4). MALA analyses these the same way it analyses candidate responses — producing a personality profile for your organization.
This profile is used as one side of the match equation.
3. Configure job-level match criteria
Section titled “3. Configure job-level match criteria”Each job posting has its own match configuration:
- Hard filters — non-negotiable: location, contract type, minimum experience
- Personality weights — how much each Big Five trait matters for this specific role
- Skill requirements — weighted list of required and preferred skills
- Culture fit slider — how much the org-level profile should factor in vs. role-specific traits
This lets you post a “creative” role with different trait weightings than a “systems analyst” role, even within the same company.
4. Review your ranked list
Section titled “4. Review your ranked list”Once candidates start swiping right on your jobs, they appear in your Candidate Ranking board, sorted by match score. For each candidate you can:
- View their archetype, Big Five profile, and score breakdown
- Read the match explanation (plain language: why this person scored the way they did)
- See suggested interview questions tuned to their profile
- Advance them (creating a match) or pass
Candidates are not notified when you view their profile — only when you advance or pass.
