Getting Started — Job Seekers

JobMatch is a free mobile app (iOS & Android) and web app for job seekers.

1. Create your account

Download the app or visit app.job-match.cl. Sign up with your email — no CV required to start.

2. Set up your profile

Your profile has two parts:

• Experience & skills — the facts: roles you’ve held, technologies you know, contract preferences, location.
• Personality profile — built automatically from your MALA assessment. This is what enables personality-based matching.

You can start swiping before completing your assessment; your match scores will improve as your profile fills in.

3. Swipe on jobs

The discover feed shows you jobs ranked by match score. Swipe right to express interest, swipe left to pass.

• Right swipe → you’re interested. The company can now see you in their ranked list.
• Left swipe → hidden from your feed. You can revisit it later.
• Accidentally swiped? Shake the phone or tap the rewind button to undo the last swipe.

A “match” happens when a company advances your application after you swiped right — you’ll get a notification and a chat thread opens.

4. After a match

Once matched, you can:

• Message the recruiter directly in the app
• View your full match explanation (why this company was recommended)
• Schedule or receive interview invites

No external email chains, no disappearing into a portal. Everything stays in one place.
