Org Profile
The Org Profile is the company-side equivalent of a candidate’s MALA assessment. It tells the matching engine what kind of person thrives at your company — not just what skills they need, but how they work and what they value.
The four sections
Section titled “The four sections”E1 — Culture & Values
Describe what your company believes in and how decisions get made. What does good work look like here? What do people on your team have in common that you can’t put in a job description?
E2 — Working Style
How is work actually done day-to-day? Remote/hybrid/office, synchronous vs. async, meeting-heavy vs. heads-down, fast iteration vs. deliberate planning.
E3 — Growth & Challenge
What does career progression look like? How does the company react when someone fails? What kinds of problems keep people engaged for years?
E4 — Team Dynamics
Describe the interpersonal texture of your team. How do people disagree? How is feedback given? What does onboarding feel like?
How MALA analyses your responses
Section titled “How MALA analyses your responses”Your answers are processed by the same NLP pipeline used for candidates — sentiment, linguistic structure, word categories, and LLM synthesis. The result is a Big Five profile for your organization.
This profile is then used as the target for personality matching across all your job postings, weighted by the per-job configuration.
Updating your profile
Section titled “Updating your profile”You can update the org profile at any time. Changes trigger a background re-analysis; match scores for open roles are recalculated automatically within a few minutes.
Updating your profile does not affect matches already confirmed.
