How matching works
Section titled “How matching works”A match happens when both sides choose each other — your swipe right on a job, and the company advances your application. Until then, nothing is shared without consent.
The match score blends:
- Hard criteria — role requirements, location, contract type
- Personality fit — Big Five alignment between you and the team culture
- Predictive signal — outcome patterns from similar past matches (when enough data exists)
Scores are always explainable. If you or a recruiter wants to know why a score is what it is, the platform can show its reasoning.
